We offer FREE express shipping on all orders of $100 or more throughout NZ. A $9 shipping fee ($14 for rural deliveries) applies to orders under $100.


We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. All orders are sent on an overnight courier service. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days.

Same Day Delivery


Same day delivery is available for selected Auckland postcodes for orders placed by 12pm Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays).

Same day delivery costs between $20 - $50 depending on the delivery address. Enter your postcode at the checkout to find out the delivery fee for your address.

Same day delivery is available for items that are in stock at one of our Auckland locations. Our team will be in touch if your order is unavailable for same day delivery and will provide alternative shipping options. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable if the item is exchanged or returned.

What are the shipping charges?

What is the delivery timeframe?
Our online team aim to dispatch your order on the day it is received or the next working day. Orders are sent on an overnight courier service so you can expect to receive your order the day after it is dispatched.
Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days or can be delivered to the nearest Post Shop if most convenient.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. To track your order, please call Courier Post on 0800 COURIER or visit www.courierpost.co.nz

Do I need to be home to sign for my order?
For all our orders, we use a Courier Post Signature Required track and trace courier packs so they are in safe hands. We ask that a physical address be given for delivery so that the package can be signed for on delivery.

A non-signature required option is also available on request, if you would prefer this service please stipulate this in the Special Instructions field in the checkout page.
Please note if you have 'Authority to Leave' activated, this will override the Signature Required option on your order. If you would like your order to be accepted by signature, we recommend contacting Courier Post prior to placing your order. Please note that 'Authority to Leave' may have been set up for your address by previous residents so if you are unsure, please contact Courier Post to confirm. If 'Authority to Leave' is set up for your address, Walker & Hall will unfortunately not be liable for any lost or stolen packages.

My order hasn't been shipped?
Our online team aim to dispatch your order on the day within 1-2 working days. However during promotional or holiday periods, there may be a slight delay. We will be in touch if we anticipate any delay with your order and please don't hesitate to contact us through live chat, on +64 9 309 0279 or online@walkerandhall.co.nz if you have questions regarding your order.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. For all our orders, we use a Courier Post Signature Required track and trace courier packs so they are in safe hands. We ask that a physical address be given for delivery so that the package can be signed for on delivery. If there is no one to sign for the package when the courier driver calls, they will leave a Card to Call with details for redelivery.

What if I return or exchange my order?
Shipping fees are non-refundable and if an order is returned, the refund will be for the value of the item(s). Exchanges will be sent on our express shipping service (free for orders of $50 or more, $5 for orders under $50) unless another shipping option is chosen and paid for.

How do I place a Same Day Delivery order?
To place a same day delivery order, shop online, select your item(s) and proceed to the checkout. Select the same day delivery shipping option and complete payment in our secure checkout.
Please note that same day delivery is only available for selected Auckland postcodes, for orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday and for items that are available in one of our Auckland stores.

How do I place a Click & Collect order?
To place a click and collect order, shop online, select your item(s) and proceed to the checkout. Select your desired click and collect location and complete payment in our secure checkout. Your order will be ready within 1 -3 working days. Same day click and collect is available for items that are available at your chosen pick up location. Learn more about click and collect here.

Do you ship overseas?
Shipping to Australia is available for $55 to most metropolitan areas. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones. There may be custom taxes/duty charged by the recipient country direct to the customer. We recommend checking with your countries customs if your item will incur charges.
