Returns & Exchanges
You are welcome to return your online order for an exchange or store credit for any reason within 30 days of the purchase date, simply print and fill out the returns form and return it with your order. We will do the rest!
All items are to be returned in new/unworn condition, in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept items for return if they have been specially ordered, sized, engraved or altered.
Certain promotions may also mean an item is unable to be returned - if this is the case it will be clearly stated with the item details during the promotion period.
Buying a ring as a gift? If you are unsure of the desired ring size, we would recommend ordering a stock size ring, which can then be exchanged/resized or custom ordered in the correct ring size. Please note, rings are to be returned in new/unworn condition, in their original packaging and within 30 days of purchase.

We will cover the cost of return shipping within New Zealand if the item is faulty. We can provide a return courier pack within New Zealand, please get in touch with us for more information or to arrange a return courier pack. Unfortunately we are unable to cover or reimburse the cost of return international shipping, or accept liability for customs duties or taxes.
Online orders can also be exchanged at all Walker & Hall stores except for the Auckland International Airport store. Please note that selections in store can vary so if you would like to exchange for a particular Designer brand range or specific item please check our stores page for which ranges are available or contact us to check availability of your preferred items.
