As part of our Diamond Club, enjoy a $50 Rewards Voucher for every $500 spent on full-priced items. Our annual tier reveal each September announces your new tier benefits for the year, starting with a special Tier Reveal Gift.

  • Diamond Club members receive a $50 Rewards Voucher for every $500 spent on full-priced items.

  • Diamond Club members receive a birthday gift voucher to celebrate their birthday when we have your valid and subscribed email.

  • Our annual tier reveal each September announces your new tier and all Diamond Club members receive a Tier Reveal Gift if we have your valid and subscribed email.

  • Diamond Club members receive free engraving on items from our Engraving Collection. Monarch, Blossom and Jubilee members receive free engraving on all suitable Walker & Hall items.

  • Phoenix, Monarch, Blossom and Jubilee Diamond Club members receive between 1 - 4 Double Reward Point days per year. Blossom and Jubilee Diamond Club members receive invitations to exclusive in store events.

  • Additional Diamond Club benefits are based on tier levels and include early access and previews to promotions and extended or unlimited exchange period.

Tier Reveal FAQs

  • The new 2024 Tiers have been confirmed and your new Tier has been emailed to you.

    Make sure that you are subscribed with a valid email to receive the full rewards on offer. If you are currently receiving our weekly(ish) emails then you are all set. If you have an account with us but are not receiving our emails we recommend you check your junk and add us to your safe senders list, or contact us online@walkerandhall.co.nz so that we can check your subscription details.

  • Your total spend is calculated from completed purchases both in store and online from Walker & Hall, including services such as paid engraving and repairs, during the relevant period from 1st September until 31st August. Total spend does not include purchases of gift certificates or E-vouchers, or international Airport tax free service charges. Any returns you have made are deducted from your total spend. Purchases which are not yet completed like a layby or special order will not be counted until the transaction is paid in full and the item is picked up. 

  • The new 2024 Tiers have been confirmed and the reveal gifts have been sent via email. You must have a valid and subscribed email to receive the Tier reveal gift. 

  • Tier reveal gifts can be used both in store and online.

    For in store use, please share your email address with the lovely team in store and they will locate your account to redeem it. Photo identification may be required.

    For online redemption, please login to your Diamond Club account and the voucher should be visible in the account section. You will need to add a product to your cart and then click on the voucher in the cart page to redeem it.

    If you are unable to see the voucher in your account when logged in, please reach out to us via Live chat or email us on online@walkerandhall.co.nz and our team will respond to your request as soon as possible. We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 working days.

  • Tier reveal gifts are valid for 2 months, this year the last date to redeem will be November 15th 2024. We will email you with a reminder when your voucher is nearing expiry.

  • Yes, you are able to redeem multiple vouchers together from your one account. This includes Tier reveal gifts, reward vouchers and birthday vouchers.

  • Nearly! Tier reveal gift vouchers can be used to purchase any product from Walker & Hall which is available online or in store. Tier reveal vouchers cannot be redeemed for existing transactions such as laybys, or for services such as repairs, cash, store credit or gift vouchers. 

  • No, you can use your voucher for any purchase value, however if your purchase is less than the voucher value the balance will be forfeited so it is best to use your full voucher value at once. 

    If you return an item which was purchased using a voucher the voucher may be voided to correct your points balance.

Diamond Club FAQs

    Tier levels are assessed based on your total spend with us over the 12 months from 1st September to the 31st of August. We assess Tier levels once a year and it takes some time to confirm the new levels and apply the benefits. As soon as they are ready, we will announce your new Tier and rewards in September. Your new Tier comes along with its first benefit - the Tier Announcement Gift which is sent by email – so make sure your email is valid and subscribed to receive this gift!
