Where is Walker & Hall Click & Collect available?

Click and Collect for Walker & Hall jewellery is available at our Auckland, Wellington and Bayfair store locations. This service option is quick, easy and free of charge!


How does jewellery Click and Collect work?

• Shop our stunning jewellery or watches ranges online. We have options to meet all style preferences and budgets.
• Select your pieces, add to cart, and proceed to the checkout. Select the Click and Collect shipping option from either our Lambton Quay, Auckland or Bayfair stores upon payment. If your items are in stock at the selected store, you will be able to pick up on the same day – usually within just two hours! Click the ‘Find in Store’ button to confirm availability.
• We will quickly assemble your order, then notify you when it is ready to pick up.
• Head to your selected store. You will need to present your ID upon collection.

Other ways to get your fine jewellery from Walker & Hall

Express jewellery delivery

If you do not need your order within the day, you can instead select our Express Delivery option. This service is free for orders over $100 from our online jewellery shop, throughout the whole of New Zealand. A $9 fee ($14 for rural deliveries) applies for express shipping on orders below $100.


International jewellery delivery

Walker & Hall ships fine jewellery to Australia. This service is available for $55NZD for most Australian metropolitan areas and takes 5-10 working day. If your delivery address is outside of these zones, shipping is still available, but with a slightly longer time frame.


Most other orders within New Zealand are received within two working days, although rural areas may take between 2-5 days. We will contact you as soon as possible if there are any delays.
