Contactless Pick Up

Popping out to the shops isn't quite what it used to be since the introduction of COVID19. Social distancing, queues, masks, scanning in - have all become part of daily life.

Walker & Hall make it easy with the introduction of our contactless pick up service. This means a safer process for everyone, while still giving you, our customers, the freedom to purchase, and in turn, create a more 'normal' experience. Who would even have imagined normal could be so exciting!

Contactless pick up is quick, it's easy and it's convenient. Here's how:

1. Shop online, select your item(s) and proceed to the checkout.
2. Select your desired location for collection and pay in our secure checkout.
3. Receive your 'Order is ready for collection' email and collect your item(s) in store. Orders are available for collection between 10am - 3pm.

You don't have to wait long too - your order will be ready for collection within 3 working days. Will will notify you via email or text when it's ready for collection at your chosen store.
