Carefully crafted in 18ct yellow gold from our signature 1899 collection, this ring features an oval faceted emerald and two dazzling trilliant cut shoulder diamonds with further diamonds on the base.
“Of all the coloured stones, the origin of Colombian emerald intrigues me the most. Fine gems are sourced from two main areas, Muso and Chivor; and while historically production was purportedly under government control, in reality an informal market existed due to internal political instability. A New Zealand trader who passed as a local South American would travel incognito through neighbouring countries into Columbia to purchase emeralds to trade around the world. He would eventually return home with a selection and there was a bit of rivalry about who he would visit first of the jewellers in Auckland. We became accustomed to some exceptional quality emeralds and this is another fine example of
an oval Muso Emerald, very bright crystal material in a very slightly bluish green colour, excellent light return, and minimal inclusions. The ring itself is perfectly balanced with matched trillion diamonds on either side.” - Joseph Tattersfield
As part of our Artemis collection, this beautiful emerald was sourced from Colombia and brought back home to you by our in-house gemmologist, who is dedicated to the hunt for the most exquisite gems on Earth.
We offer free express delivery of online orders of $50 or more throughout New Zealand. A $5 shipping fee applies to orders under $50.
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. All orders are sent on an overnight courier service. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For all our orders, we use a Courier Post Signature Required track and trace courier packs. A non-signature required option is also available on request.

Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days.
A 2-hour PACE courier option is available for deliveries within Central Auckland. Available Monday-Friday for orders received between 9am-4pm. A charge of $20- applies for this service.
Shipping to Australia is available for $40 to most metropolitan areas. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones.
