As per government regulations, masks are now mandatory in store. Customers on premises will need to stay 2 metres apart. We request you to record your entry through contact tracing or alternatively in the journal provided in store.

When will my existing order be shipped?

Auckland stores and our Head Office are still under Alert Level 3 restrictions. Online orders placed during Level 4 will be processed & prioritised by our online order team from Wednesday 22nd September. We are very grateful for your support and patience and look forward to fulfilling all orders soon.

How long will my order take to ship?

The usual courier service timeframe is for overnight delivery however there may be delays due to high volumes at the moment.  You will receive a confirmation with tracking number once your order has been fulfilled from our store.

Due to the massive influx of orders with NZ Post, your package delivery could be delayed and could take an extra 2-3 days.

Same Day Delivery -This option is currently available from Monday-Friday for deliveries in Auckland CBD for $20 .

Rural Deliveries
Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days or can be delivered to the nearest Post Shop if most convenient.

Overseas Shipping
Shipping to 
Australia is available for $40 to most metropolitan areas. We will be in touch if your delivery address is outside of these zones. There may be custom taxes/duty charged by the recipient country direct to the customer. We recommend checking with your countries customs if your item will incur charges.

Exchanges and Repairs

As our Head Office is located in Auckland, we are unable to take in any repairs or exchanges as per the government regulations under Alert Level 3.
We will be extending our exchanges and returns period to 30 days after we are able to operate under Alert Level 2.

Our workshop is based in Auckland and will resume on Wednesday 22nd September for all orders that were pending before lockdown.

Our Jewellers will be back in the workshop but working in shifts so they can maintain their distance and reduce contact.  Things will be moving again – but perhaps not quite as quickly as they usually do.  We appreciate your patience and our team will be in touch once your item is ready.  If you need an update please contact the store handling your task and they will endeavor to get an updated timeframe to you.  

Gift voucher Extensions

We are extending our gift voucher expiry dates for those vouchers due to expire during the lockdown period. These vouchers will now expire 2 months after we reopen. Please contact us if you have a gift voucher due to expire during the lockdown.
