Fixed Term Customer service professional (Auckland CBD)
We are looking for a dynamic, results driven customer service professional to assist with our online enquiries and customer facing sales at our head office store. The role will entail working from home on weekends on online customer enquiries (10am – 6pm) and 3 weekdays (9am – 5pm) at our Anzac Ave showroom. The successful candidate should have proven sales and communication skills, experience with web-based customer service platforms. While comprehensive training will be provided a technical understanding of jewellery would be an advantage.
