"A one way ticket"

What is the most powerful symbol of romance?

A shared glance. Signifying a shared thought and a shared mind.

What would be your dream romantic gesture?

I prefer guestures that are not paired with an occasion. Random 'I love you's and gifts 'because this made me think of you' are what are important to me. My dream would probably be for our romantic gestures to eachother fall on the same day - showing a shared appreciation of each other.

Share a love story.

Jon and I met when he looking for couches to sleep on as he travelled NZ. We are both british though I am an nz resident, and we became fast friends online and arranged to meet up soon after whilst I was in Auckland for a conference. We got along so well that 2 weeks later I introduced him to my Mum and he came to stay with us for a month before he was due to return to the UK. In that time, we decided that we really wanted to see if our world wind of a romance was going to go further. He returned to the UK, sold all his belongings and bought a 1 way ticket back to me. We moved straight in together and 3 years later we're still head over heels for eachother.
