Personalised engraving adds a meaningful touch to your special gift - a physical reminder of a treasured person, date or experience. It could be yours or your loved ones initials or names, a significant date, a special phrase, word or symbol.

Diamond Club members receive one complimentary basic engraving service when purchasing any piece featured in our Engraving Collection.

Initials, dates, zodiac signs, and short phrases can be engraved with your choice of 4 fonts on items in the collection. There is a $40 engraving charge for non members.

What is the cost of engraving?

One basic engraving service is free for Diamond Club members when purchasing any item from the Engraving Collection. There is a $40 engraving charge for non Diamond Club members.
How long does it take for an item to be engraved?

What items can be engraved?

Any item from our Engraving Collection can be engraved. Some pieces are better suited for a specific type of engraving than others, for example a signet ring has a small engraving area so engraved initials work well. The inside of a bangle has a larger engraving area allowing for a short phrase or date to be engraved. Fewer characters allows the engraving to be larger and clearer to read.
What is considered 'basic engraving'?

Basic engraving is up to 20 characters using the standard keyword characters e.g. ABC, 123, &, /, !, with a choice of four fonts - Times Roman, Helvetica Medium, Zapf Chancery Medium or Commercial Script. Alternatively select from one of our zodiac or symbol options.
Can items that have been engraved be returned or exchanged?

Items that are personalised with engraving are not eligible for return or exchange, unless faulty. Please ensure you have the right size/fit before engraving.
