Free Shipping:
- We offer free delivery of online orders of $50 or over throughout New Zealand.
- All orders are shipped using CourierPost Signature Required track-and-trace courier packs so they are in safe hands
We ask that a physical address be given for delivery so that the package can be signed for on delivery.
A non-signature required option is also available on request, if you would prefer this service please stipulate this in the Special Instructions field in the checkout page.
Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days or can be delivered to the nearest Post Shop if most convenient.
Most orders arrive within 2 working days. If there is no one to sign for the package when the courier driver calls they will leave a card to call with details for redelivery.
To track your package yourself, have your track and trace number ready and either call CourierPost on 0800 COURIER or visit www.courierpost.co.nz.
Your track and trace number will be emailed to you once Walker and Hall have dispatched your order.
A 2-hour PACE courier option is available for deliveries within Auckland.
To use this service please select the 2 hour Pace delivery button in the checkout page.
Two-hour delivery will only be available Monday-Friday for orders received between 9am-4pm.
Orders placed outside these hours with this option selected will be delivered on the next working day.
A charge of $20- applies for this service.
Orders of less than $50 will incur a $5 delivery fee.
The service for this fee is the same as for the free shipping of orders over $50.
Shipping to Australia is available for $65 and takes 1-2 weeks.
