I had a fantastic experience with your website.. Well presented pictures showing your product perfectly made the experience easier considering I'm unable to view the product in person.. I was undecided with a particular item, so I called your store and the lady on the other end of the phone was so helpful and gave great advice, based on that I made the purchase.. I was expecting the item to arrive in maybe three to four days but it arrived the next day, which I thought was very impressive and professional. I was great to be able to choose my gift from the online catalogue and have it couried to me. I live and work in Waiuku and it is not always easy to get into Auckland to choose gifts. My purchase arrived promptly and I will shop this way again. Quality of gift was exactly what I expected from a firm with a good reputation.

I purchased some earrings as a gift for my sister and when recieved them decided they weren't her style. Exchanging them for a different pair was super easy, the staff were very helpful and I know my sister will love them. Would definitely shop online at Walker and Hall again.

I ordered a necklace for my daughter's 20th birthday, which is tomorrow. I was amazed at how fast the parcel arrived and how my instructions had been followed. Tomorrow morning my daughter will open her present and read her card and thank her father and I for her amazing gift. Thank you Walker & Hall for making this experience so easy.

Early October I ordered two Pandora charms a week in advance of a family members birthday. When she emailed me two days later to say she had received it, I could not believe how easy and most of all quick the whole process was. I would just like to say thank you, living in Australia and having my family and friend all in NZ, organising presents is a little tricky and I have been let down in the past with gifts not arriving on time, but not with you! The communication was amazing. So again a big thank you, I will certainly be using you again very soon.

I found the service fantastically efficient , professional and very speedy. I was amazed that from order to delivery was only a couple of days.
